Research Interests
I am interested in understanding human movement and developing strategies to support lifelong mobility. My current research focuses on quantifying joint and muscle loads in the hamstring muscles during Nordic hamstring exercises and high-speed running. This work establishes a foundation for understanding the biomechanical demands of exercises commonly prescribed to prevent hamstring strain injuries.
